No. Returns require approval first. Approved returns receive an RMA reference and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be rejected or delayed.
Warranty does not cover post-delivery physical damage, improper installation, unsupported firmware changes, misuse, altered labels, incompatible environments, power events, or inadequate return packaging.
After receipt and inspection, OmniSource IT may repair, replace, credit, or refund the product according to quote terms and available inventory.
Customers are responsible for removing sensitive data, credentials, storage media contents, and configuration secrets before returning equipment.
