No. Catalog pricing, discounts, stock status, specifications, and availability are informational. Final terms are confirmed only in a written quote, order confirmation, or invoice issued by OmniSource IT.
An order is accepted only when confirmed by OmniSource IT in writing. Requests may be rejected or canceled if they cannot be fulfilled, contain inaccurate information, present compliance concerns, or become unavailable.
Payment requirements depend on buyer profile, order size, product availability, and risk review. Credit terms, if offered, are subject to approval and may be changed or withdrawn for future orders.

Returns, exchanges, warranty claims, and RMA handling are governed by the applicable quote, invoice, and Warranty & RMA Policy. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
